Technical Education is pivotal in the development of the Nation and preparing the teaching fraternity for the changing Educational scenario especially Technical Education in the wake of introduction of NEP 2020 needs pressing attention. One day seminar on the proposed theme will be instrumental in having an assembly of professional educators which can provide a platform for disseminating the crucial aspects of NEP 2020 and its implications on Technical Education.
The seminar also intends to investigate the use of technology in effective teaching and learning processes, to
promote independent, critical, and creative thinking in order to speed up the teaching-learning process and
policies to be adopted to create world class multidisciplinary higher education institutions across the
country. Another focus area is to explore strategies that can be adopted to promote independent, critical,
and creative thinking in order to speed up the teaching-learning process and to assist the teaching
community in facilitating subject-specific growth through research. National and International accreditation
process which will enable higher education to align towards the changing need of Industry and society and to
transform higher education institutions as centre of excellence at par with International Universities are in
consideration during dissemination of the seminar content. The broad objective of the proposed seminar is
to make teaching and learning enjoyable and interesting for the teacher and the learner.
